before your session

Please bring a swimsuit

Do not eat a heavy meal

2 hours prior to your session.

For a 1 hour session please allow

up to 1 1/2 hours to include pre-dialog and post integration time.

Please check with your physician regarding any health concerns that may be contraindicated for the physical movements or being in

warm water

Follow your intuition for what you need

 

If possible, provide space for yourself after your session to rest and integrate.

 

Drink extra water.

Light candles, turn on your favorite music, and have some tea, etc

 

Write in your journal or do artwork to explore and express your experience

 

Some people like to pay attention to, or record their dreams.

Spend time in nature ​

 

Please connect with your counselor/therapist/support people if any issues arise during or after your session.
